The dynamics of the supply chain system and the challenges that exist in today's small and medium enterprises (SME) environment are the definitions of technological progress and a world without borders facing every SME that yearns to excel. Many aspects related to SMEs and their supply chain need to be addressed so that SMEs can remain relevant and competitive in the face of challenges. The supply chain management aspect of SMEs is one of the important elements to ensure the stability and continuity of an organization in meeting the wishes and needs of its customers. To face the challenges of an SME'S management system, it requires an understanding of the relationship of the entire system and for all elements in the system to take comprehensive preventive and corrective measures in various phases of the challenge.
