'What is R software?" R is a programming language and free software environment for statistical computing and graphics supported by the R Foundation. The R programming language is widely used among statisticians and data miners for developing statistical software and data analysis. It is easily extensible through functions and extensions, and the R community is noted for its active contributions in terms of the packages. R itself makes it easy for users to follow the algorithmic choices and it can also produce good publication-quality graphs, including mathematical symbols. RStudio also provides dynamic and interactive graphics through additional packages. This book is arranged and written with the simplest form and language, so that it can be easily understood by the beginner users. The most interesting part of this book is that it introduces various choices of statistical tests with detailed explanations that serve as a guide for researchers in planning and choosing the appropriate statistical analysis for their research study.
